Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Once a customer places an order, our team begins preparing it for dispatch as soon as possible.
  • PC Builds are usually dispatched within 3–7 business days, depending on component availability and assembly time.
  • Individual computer components (such as RAM, motherboards, or peripherals) are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  • If any ordered components are temporarily out of stock or need to be arranged, dispatch times may be extended. In such cases, our team will contact the customer to provide updates and revised timelines.

Payment and Shipping Conditions

  • For prepaid orders, customers are required to complete full payment before the order is shipped.
  • Orders are shipped only after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery Partners and Timelines

  • We work with trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Trackon, and other reputable logistics providers.
  • Delivery timelines depend on the customer’s shipping address and location, but generally range between 3–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote or rural locations may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Updates and Tracking

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking number and courier details.
  • Customers can use this information to track their shipment directly through the courier partner’s website.

Delays and Exceptions

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control such as logistical issues, weather disruptions, strikes, or courier delays. In such cases, customers will be kept informed until successful delivery.
